These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lakeforesttriplepanewindows.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Airstrike Marketing Inc (the "Company," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What This Site Is

The Site provides information about window replacement services in Lake Forest and surrounding North Shore communities, and lets you submit an inquiry to request a quote. The Site is a marketing and referral service. We are not ourselves a licensed contractor, and we do not perform window installation or replacement work. When you submit a form, your inquiry is shared with one or more independent, third-party contractors in our network so they can contact you directly about your project.

No Guarantee of Contact or Pricing

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that any particular contractor will contact you, that a quote will be provided, or that any pricing information you receive will match your final project cost. Final pricing, scheduling, and scope of work are determined solely between you and the contractor you choose to work with.

Third-Party Contractors

Any agreement to perform window replacement work is between you and the independent contractor you engage — we are not a party to that agreement. We do not control, supervise, warrant, or guarantee the licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, or conduct of any contractor in our network, and we disclaim all liability arising from work performed by a third-party contractor. Verify a contractor's licensing and insurance directly with them before engaging their services.

By submitting a form on this Site, you consent to be contacted by us and/or contractors in our network by phone, email, and — where you have separately checked the applicable consent box — text message, about your inquiry.
